This Privacy Policy explains what information the Altrogi website at altrogi.com (the "Site") collects and how it is used. The Site is an informational website about Altrogi's brokerage technology products; it does not require an account and does not sell personal information.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss our products with you. Form submissions are delivered to us via Web3Forms, a form-processing service that transmits your submission to our inbox.

Information collected automatically

The Site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to deliver and secure the Site. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers.

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and general device and approximate location information. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device for this purpose and processes your IP address, which Google anonymises before storage. We use this only in aggregate to improve the Site; we do not send Google Analytics your name, email address, or any other detail you enter into the contact form. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep information

Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Web3Forms, Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Google Analytics) to the extent needed to operate the Site, or where required by law.
